Trade-in bags
Notice:
1.Please note that once we receive the bag you sent back, it will enter our cleaning process, and your product cannot be returned to you.
2.The cash equivalent will be credited to your Memoo account in the form of cash or coupons, which can only be used for shopping (trade-in for new items) and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
3.Please perform basic cleaning and ensure that there are no personal items left inside the bag.
4.Once you send out the product, it is considered that you have accepted our agreement and terms.
